One month of support. No automatic renewal. We agree on the start date and scope after your order.
New features and major tasks are quoted separately. We agree on response times and infrastructure terms before you start.
What Care includes
- Infrastructure
- Basic hosting, uptime monitoring and backups. We agree on infrastructure scope and limits before you start.
- Technical support
- We investigate operational issues and check integrations and payment flows.
- Small improvements
- Up to 2 hours with Care or 5 hours with Care Plus for small fixes and updates per month. We agree on each task before starting work.
- Clear updates
- A brief monthly report on completed work and any issues we have identified.
Agree on the details first
Before you start, we review your products, project condition, support hours and response times. New features, major upgrades and work beyond the included hours are quoted separately. Third-party licences, services and infrastructure beyond the agreed limits are discussed in advance.
Already have support included in development?
Support included in your development agreement remains in place. Before starting Care, we distinguish development commitments from ongoing maintenance so you do not pay twice for the same work.
